Currently Xystos offers a 7-14 working day delivery service for any products ordered via the website. This excludes all non-business days and/or bank holidays. This service excludes new introductions for which we only offer a pre-order service.
Although our warehouse team endeavours in ensuring your order is delivered well within the 14 working day delivery period, as stated above, late deliveries are a remote possibility. In such rare cases we will advise you of this situation either by telephone or e-mail. If in the most unlikely of cases your item is delivered late without prior warning, compensation may be discussed according to the specific circumstances. However Xystos reserve the right to refuse any compensation request regardless of the circumstances.
Delivery Costs
This is the current charge for deliveries inclusive of tax for all orders with delivery within the UK. These charges are subject to change at any time without notice.
- Orders of value £0 - £50 = £3.50 postage and packing
- Orders of value £50-£100 = £5.50 postage and packing
- Orders of value £100+ = Free postage and packing!
Unfortunately at this time we do not deliver outside the UK for Internet orders. Xystos apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and hope to offer international deliveries in the future.
If you reside outside the UK and would like to purchase a product from this site, please e-mail us your request and we will happily deal with it.
Returns Policy
We currently offer the following returns policy. If your purchased item arrives damaged or in an unsatisfactory condition, we will send a replacement within 7-14 working days, without question. However to qualify you must ensure you report the damaged product within 7 days from the date the item was delivered. The same time-scale applies if you refuse the delivery of an item, regardless of the reason for refusal.
If you need to report a damaged item please contact us, (details on our contacts page). If you contact us via e-mail please include the following details; full name, delivery address. We ask that you please ensure you check all goods upon arrival or within 7 days to ensure you qualify for our returns policy should damage occur in transit.
If you receive an item in perfect condition but decide to return it, please ensure you do so within 30 days from the date the item was delivered. After which time Forever Friends reserve the right to refuse a returned item as well as a full refund to you.
Again please ensure the returned item is in its original packaging and is accompanied by all the accessories it came with and the delivery documentation or a copy of. We would ask that you please notify us of the return via e-mail or telephone (details on our contacts page) to allows us to deal with your returns request.
Please be aware that you will be subject to any returns charges, which will be non-refundable as well as ensuring the safe return of the item to us.
This does not affect your statutory rights
